چکیده
The porous titanium nickelide is very popular in various industries due to unique combination of physical and mechanical properties such as shape memory effect, high corrosion resistance, biocompatibility. non-equilibrium molecular dynamics simulation was applied study the influence porosity degree on amorphous at uniaxial tension, compression, uniform shear. We have found that alloy characterized by a relatively large value Young's modulus comparison its crystalline analogue. It has been system with percolated network pores exhibits improved elastic characteristics associated resistance tensile contained isolated spherical more resistant compression less These results can be develop improve methods for making metal foams.

Crystallization kinetics of amorphous NiTi shape memory alloy thin films
The temperature dependence of the crystallite nucleation and growth rates is measured for amorphous NiTi thin films. Using transmission electron microscopy, crystallites are shown to nucleate homogeneously in the film and to grow in a channeling mode. A mechanism that suppresses heterogeneous nucleation is proposed. By manipulating nucleation and growth rates, grains as large as 60 lm can be ob...
متن کاملLaser annealing of amorphous NiTi shape memory alloy thin films to locally induce shape memory properties
We present the results of a crystallization study on NiTi shape memory thin films in which amorphous films are annealed by a scanning laser. This technique has the advantage that shape memory properties can be spatially distributed as required by the application. A kinetics study shows that nucleation of the crystalline phase occurs homogenously in the films. Consequently, the laser annealing p...
متن کاملMechanical properties of La-based bulk amorphous alloy and composites
Influence of different microstructure of La-based fully amorphous samples and its composites on the impact fracture energy were investigated and discussed. Results showed improvement in fracture energy of glassy metals with the presence intermetallic phases, but deteriorated in the presence of dendrite phases and high volume % of crystalline phases.
متن کاملFetal response to external mechanical stimuli.
Several authors have recommended [1, 3, 8, 12] that the fetus be mechanically stimulated if the abdominal pregnancy CTG shows no accelerations. One expects the fetus to show a motor response to mechanical stimulation. Fetal movements expressed as accelerations in the abdominal CTG are considered to reflect "arousal" of the previously asleep fetus and are thought to be normal. An absence of such...
